When I was selling my house in Brighton, my original realtor basically couldn’t sell it after several months.
Not knowing Dawn was a realtor, I mentioned it to her and she told me she would love to take it over. Since the house was empty, she staged the main rooms with furniture, plants etc. It really looked great! We then found the buyer after a bit of negotiation.
I can’t say enough about her professionalism and kindness. I have never sold a house before so her guidance was certainly needed and appreciated. I highly recommend Dawn!!!
